Design, Architecture & Engineering
At Zenati, we have an in-house design team that is specifically trained to optimize available space while minimizing project costs, without sacrificing on build quality. We believe that this is essential to ensure that the final product meets our customers’ requirements while staying within budget.
Manufacture
We manufacture standard and custom panels for your project at our factory. Our insulated panels are made of top-quality pre-fabricated materials. Panels are made of EPS insulators and two-ply polyurethane glued to 0.5mm chromadeck AZ150 plates to guarantee strength and to produce a stable structure. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility houses computerized and continued line equipment that ensures quality and mass production.
Installation
Our fully qualified site installation crews ensure a quality installation, completed within the agreed timeframe. Attention to detail is one of our core values, and we pride ourselves on delivering projects that are completed to the highest standards.
Commissioning & Handover
We test the installed system to ensure that it meets your specifications. Our commissioning process includes the testing of the refrigeration system, electrical wiring, and insulation. We handover with complete drawings, manuals, and compliance certificates where required.
